Cyber Shop at 200 North Main Street, Grand Saline, Texas.

No one use the @Cyber Shop in Grand Saline for just about anything... I have had problems with their internet reception just about all the time I had it. So we transferred to another company. They have a service where you purchase a radio from them to use their service. That radio belongs to you. When you leave them you can sell the radio back to them... that was one of the items they explained when we started. Well I have called them twice about taking my radio back and getting a percentage of what we paid for it, never have they said anything but bring it on in. Which I did and they told me they would check it out and if it worked mail me a check. Well they mailed me this letter.... I looked at my records and we had paid our internet bill in full. Every piece of our bill. Mainly it is how they handled this situation, like they were not planning on paying for the radio to begin with.

Has anyone had the Cyber Shop pay them for a returned radio?
